Our Story

In 2003 I started my career working for a major nonprofit and moved my way up, managing personnel and contracts. In this role, I successfully coached employees to improve their job performance.  We worked as a team to overcome many challenges, growing together, and learning many lessons.  By working together,  resiliency and character were built, leading to a new path to success so they could excel on many levels.  Watching these employees grow was very rewarding.

As hard as it was to leave my beloved coworkers, I put some of my good advice to work for me.  So, in 2017, I decided to embark on my own personal growth journey and began searching for my next phase in life.  Today, I am here as a result of this leap of faith, daring to live out the true meaning of the "invested life" while empowering others to get unstuck and live the life they were designed for.

My name is Shilove Jean-Baptiste. I hold a degree in Christian Counseling and I am a credentialed Biblical Life Coach. 

My experience includes facilitating Soul Trauma Healing groups, ministering 1-1 as well as credentialing others as Biblical Life Coaches (another word for High Level Discipleship).
