In this role, I successfully coached employees to improve their job performance. We worked as a team to overcome many challenges, growing together, and learning many lessons. By working together with people, I helped them build resiliency and character, giving them a path to success and helping them excel on many levels. Watching these employees grow was very rewarding. As hard as it was to leave my beloved coworkers, I put some of my good advice to work for me. So, in 2017, I decided to embark on my own personal growth journey and began searching for my next phase in life. Today, I am here as a result of this leap of faith, daring to live out the true meaning of the "invested life" while empowering others to get unstuck and live the life they were designed for. My name is Shilove Jean-Baptiste. I am a credentialed Biblical Life Coach, Soul Trauma Facilitator, Spiritual Director and soon-to-be Christian Counselor. We feel that it is imperative that the client knows where they are as far as their strengths and weaknesses in order to gain vision for where they are going) Partner with clients to get unstuck and make necessary changes through Holy Spirit-led sessions and prayer in order to reveal God's Heart in the matter at hand. This materializes in setting clear and achievable goals. (No one knows you better than your maker; God our creator, Jer. 29:11). Success is reached where God given goals and client’s personal goals intersect. Ultimately client not only becomes aware of their purpose but also achieves alignment with his/her life mission through meaningful action. Our Goal & Core Belief ​ In addition to our main scripture Ephesians 2:10, we also stand on 2 Corinthians 3:18-19: “And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the Glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is Spirit.” We are persuaded that every believer ought to know what happens to them at salvation physically and spiritually. With that revelation, our students and clients will get a deeper understanding of not only themselves but identify why they do the things they do and better relate to those they are doing life with. Their compassion for others will hopefully grow and therefore become better disciples.
